Established in 2018, we're a UK-founded SaaS company with our team based in Islamabad, Pakistan. Our core product is Engage — a well-established donation management system for the nonprofit sector, covering fundraising, marketing, analytics, communications, and more.
We run a flat structure but are growing fast. We're looking for a motivated Product Owner / Project Manager to sit between our dev team and CEO/CTO — bringing structure, accountability and a strong delivery-focus to our product operations.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll translate business vision into actionable roadmaps and sprint plans, manage the backlog, track progress, and act as the key liaison between development and senior leadership.

RESPONSIBILITIES
━━━━━━━━━
▸ Own the product roadmap across multiple features
▸ Define, prioritise and refine user stories, acceptance criteria and bug-fixes
▸ Lead sprint planning, retrospectives and milestone tracking
▸ Report delivery metrics and status to CEO/CTO
▸ Proactively identify risks and drive corrective action
▸ Foster collaboration across devs, leadership and stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS
━━━━━━━━━
We'd love to hear from you if you have at least 3 years of product management experience. Ideally you'll bring:
▸ Proven experience in a Product Owner or Technical PM role within a software company
▸ Strong communication skills — comfortable working with global leadership and a local dev team
▸ A track record of hitting milestones and keeping things on track
▸ A self-starter mindset — comfortable building processes, not just following them
