About The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Marketing & Digital Excellence team and drive brand growth, strengthen market impact, and deliver commercial success
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement local brand strategies aligned with business objectives
- Execute promotional campaigns to maximize brand awareness and product performance
- Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities, trends, and pricing dynamics
- Generate actionable insights to support data-driven decision making
- Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, medical experts, and associations
- Lead product planning processes, manage projects, and support successful product launches
- Manage and monitor marketing budgets and performance
- Support registration, reimbursement, and market access activities
- Conduct regular field visits and dual visits with the sales teams
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- At least 2 years of Product Management experience (Experience in Cardiology or Metabolism is a plus)
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning skills
- Proven experience in budgeting and data interpretation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- No restriction for travel
