Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Family Specialist located in Key West, FL. The Family Specialist will be responsible for managing a caseload of clients, providing case management services, conducting regular assessments, developing and implementing service plans, and communicating effectively with clients and other service providers. The role includes regular in-person meetings with clients and collaboration with social services and other community resources.
Qualifications
Case Management, Child Welfare, Family Prevention Services, and Case Management Services skills
Experience in Social Work and Social Services
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, or related field preferred
Familiarity with the needs and resources in Monroe County, FL, is a plus
