About Us

All-In Together Now [ATN] is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization based in the San Francisco Bay Area, who’s focus is partnering with High School Administrations to provide personalized subject focused field trips for students who have exhibited leadership skills in and outside of the classroom. Students’ eligibility is based on academic and economic qualifications set out by the Board of Directors. ATN also focuses on generating an endowment through fundraising efforts to purchase United States Treasury Bonds creating a scholarship fund that will be open to graduating High School Seniors on an annual basis who have participated in our organization’s programs.

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary President to lead our organization towards achieving its strategic goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in leadership, with a prove. record of driving business growth within a collaborative work environment. As President, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization, ensuring operational excellence, and implementing effective strategies that enhance our market position.

Duties

Develop and execute the organization’s strategic plan to achieve long-term growth and sustainability.

Lead leadership teams in operational management, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity across all departments.

Oversee project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives.

Negotiate high-stakes agreements and partnerships that support business development efforts.

Manage organizational resources effectively, optimizing performance while maintaining budgetary constraints.

Foster a culture of leadership within the organization, mentoring and developing future leaders.

Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and public engagements to promote our vision and values.

Experience

Extensive experience in operations management, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems.

Proven track record in leadership roles, demonstrating effective decision-making capabilities.

Expertise in strategic planning with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

Strong skills in process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.

Experience in project management with an ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Exceptional negotiation skills with a focus on building mutually beneficial relationships.

Demonstrated success in business development initiatives that have led to organizational growth.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
