Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on campaign finance, lobbying, and ethics matters across federal, state, and local jurisdictions
Assist with the formation and compliance of independent expenditure and ballot measure committees
Draft and file lobbying and campaign finance disclosure reports
Develop and lead trainings and presentations on political law compliance
Counsel nonprofit organizations on governance and legal obligations
Compensation & Benefits:
No minimum billable hours requirement
Salary range: $160K–$200K, commensurate with experience
