Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and driven Fundraising Associate to support our political finance operations. This full-time position will work closely with campaign leadership to manage donor engagement, assist with candidate call time, organize fundraising events, and ensure compliance with all campaign finance regulations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in progressive politics and campaign fundraising.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage donor database (NGP VAN preferred).
Prepare call sheets, donor briefs, and track follow-up for candidate call time.
Coordinate logistics and outreach for fundraising events.
Track contributions and ensure compliance with state and federal campaign finance laws.
Draft donor correspondence, thank-you notes, and follow-up emails.
Support the execution of fundraising campaigns, email blasts, and donor drives.
Conduct donor and grant research.
Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
1–2 years of campaign, fundraising, nonprofit, or political experience preferred.
Familiarity with NGP VAN, ActBlue, or similar CRM platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $2,000.00 – $5,500.00 per month
