This specialist role focuses on identifying and cultivating legacy gift prospects and strengthening connections with older adult donors and advisors. Key Responsibilities:
• Cultivate and solicit planned giving prospects through tailored strategies
• Conduct donor meetings and tours to build trust
• Develop compelling proposals based on donor insights
• Maintain a systematic approach to donor stewardship
• Track legacy outreach and performance metrics
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ progressive fundraising experience
• Valid driver’s license and transportation for outreach
• Clear Criminal Record and Adult Abuse Registry Checks
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Familiar with ethical fundraising and estate planning principles
