We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Photographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience capturing high-quality images of residential and commercial properties to help showcase listings in their best light. Your work will play a key role in enhancing property visibility, attracting buyers, and supporting the success of our real estate marketing efforts.
Here are the key responsibilities below:
Photograph interior and exterior spaces of residential and commercial properties for real estate listings.
Use professional lighting and composition techniques to highlight property features and spaces.
Capture and deliver high-resolution images, ensuring consistency with brand and listing standards.
Edit and retouch images using tools such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop for clarity, color correction, and visual appeal.
Work closely with real estate agents, property managers, and marketing staff to schedule shoots and understand specific property highlights.
Use drone photography or videography (if certified) to capture aerial property views, when applicable.
Maintain and manage photography equipment and software.
Upload and organize photo sets within required deadlines.
Stay updated on trends in real estate media and visual marketing.
Requirements
Proven experience as a photographer, preferably in real estate or architectural photography.
Strong portfolio showcasing property and architectural photography.
Proficient in photo editing software (Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, etc.).
Knowledge of HDR imaging and bracketing techniques.
Ability to handle and operate photography equipment, including drones (FAA Part 107 certification is a plus).
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to various property locations.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Flexibility to work around agent and client schedules, including weekends if needed.
