Job Summary

The Catholic Health Initiatives Colorado Foundation (CHICF) has launched a major initiative to maximize philanthropic opportunities in Colorado. This initiative aims to engage major philanthropists in Colorado and across the country to transform healthcare and create healthier communities. Managed by the CHI Colorado Foundation (CHICF), which is organized into two regions—Mountain/North Denver and South State—each regional group is building a team-based approach to fundraising.

A critical aspect of this work is Stewardship, a comprehensive donor relations program that fosters appreciation, recognition, accountability, and ongoing engagement of donors, strengthening philanthropic support for our mission and vision. We are seeking a dedicated Philanthropy Officer to join our team at an exciting point in our evolution. This role is primarily focused on outreach and relationship-building, engaging prospects about the impact of ORGANIZATION, and generating results from those conversations.

This is a highly active, field-based role that requires frequent off-site engagement.

Qualifications

In addition to bringing human kindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required

Minimum Experience Requirements:

5+ years of professional or direct experience. An action-oriented individual who excels at relationship building. A strategic organizer who focuses on outlining the most critical details needed to work each prospect or opportunity, from initial contact to follow-up. The candidate should be methodical without letting process slow them down.

$31.63-$45.88 per hour
