Key **
Develop and execute marketing campaigns to support philanthropic initiatives
Collaborate with nonprofit partners to align marketing efforts with their mission
Organize and manage fundraising events to increase visibility and donor engagement
Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and community stakeholders
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement
Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and outreach programs
Support the team in achieving fundraising goals and increasing brand awareness
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field (preferred but not required)
Experience in marketing, fundraising, or event coordination is a plus
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Creative mindset with a passion for philanthropy and community impact
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
