Philanthropic Program Associate
We’re seeking a highly organized and community-focused Program Associate to support a philanthropic initiative centered on youth advancement and equity. This role plays a key part in grants administration, stakeholder coordination, and impact research.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end grant administration, including application intake, due diligence, agreements, reporting, and payments
Coordinate meetings, site visits, and communications with donors, nonprofit partners, and internal teams
Maintain internal systems for project tracking, timelines, and budgets
Conduct research on nonprofit organizations, community trends, and program effectiveness
Assist in preparing materials, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings and stakeholder engagements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution, ideally in a related field such as Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Social Work, Urban Studies, or a similar discipline
Minimum of 3 years of experience in philanthropy, nonprofit programs, or mission-driven initiatives
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing reports and presentations
Solid organizational, time management, and budgeting skills
Familiarity with the Los Angeles nonprofit sector is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
