Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role located in the West Hollywood, CA. The Pharmacist will be responsible for accurately filling prescriptions, providing medication counseling, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include verifying prescriptions, consulting with healthcare providers, assisting patients with medication management, maintaining inventory, and providing health education. The role requires attention to detail and a commitment to delivering comprehensive and inclusive care to a diverse patient population including those affected by HIV and other chronic conditions.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of prescription dispensing, medication management, and patient counseling
  • Familiarity with compliance standards, drug interactions, and pharmacy regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with diverse populations
  • Proficiency with pharmacy software and inventory management tools
  • Commitment to serving underserved, LGBTQ+, and HIV-affected communities
  • Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree and active pharmacist license in California
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus
  • Continuous willingness to stay updated with medical and pharmacy advancements
