Are you naturally organized, flexible, and ready to support a creative entrepreneur juggling multiple businesses and a nonprofit?
Lisa Stirrett — founder of a fused glass art studio, coffee shop, and nonprofit — is looking for a personal assistant who can bring consistency, reliability, and problem-solving to her full, fast-paced life.
This is not your average assistant role. You’ll help manage both the everyday and the unexpected — from organizing a closet and running errands to social media support and event prep. You’ll be working closely with someone whose businesses are built on creativity, strong values, and a deep sense of purpose.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Running personal errands (e.g., laundry, groceries – mileage reimbursed)
Organizing home or office spaces
Handling bills and light bookkeeping tasks
Supporting Lisa’s calendar, inbox, and scheduling
Social media assistance and basic content creation
Helping with studio events and nonprofit projects
Pitching in where needed to keep things moving forward
Schedule & Pay
Tuesday–Friday, 30+ hours/week
Occasional Saturdays by request
$22–$26/hour, depending on experience
