THE JOB
We are looking for an individual who is willing to do whatever needs to be done at the whim of an eccentric Executive Director of a nonprofit organization.
Puffy Paws Kitty Haven & The Pop Culture Antique Museum.
We are a small non-profit which is looking for help to bring in additional revenue online and from The Pop Culture Antique Museum: A Retro Store and our Outlet Center so we may fulfill our mission.
This is not a job this is a adventure, so if you are hired strap yourself in cause its a wild ride because everyday is going to be different.
Can you follow instructions and work independently?
Can you list items for sale on facebook marketplace?
Can you work by yourself ? Do you have listening skills ?
Are you good at using your phone and apps to look up information at a moment’s notice?
Do you like doing research on the internet?
Do you have computer skills? Do you love social media?
Can you lift 50 pounds? Do you like cleaning? Are you an organized person?
Point and shoot camera work is needed from time to time. We produce videos, social media content and stream.
Do you like cleaning? Are you an organized person? Must be able to multi task.
Additional daily duties include running errands at our four locations , daily maintenance of the buildings and premises, including picking up papers, cleaning and stocking of items in the Museum and offices, furniture, appliances, and fixtures with extra attention to detail, mopping floors, vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning windows. Washing and maintaining the inside of 10 companies vehicles.
Helping out at The Pop Culture Antique Museum The Outlet Center.
Dealing with customers, etc………..
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
You must have a valid driver’s license and your own transportation.
We’re looking for an upbeat person who can not only do all the above but enjoys doing it.
When it really comes down to it, this is no ordinary part time job.
There’s plenty of fun to be had along the way, but candidates need to be able to focus on work that needs to be done and know the difference between fun time and crunch time.
You should expect to work 30 hours a week, you must be flexible, and extra hours are available, from time to time.
You will be working a minimum of 6 hours a day and if needed depending on the project you will may work up to 7 hours or more on some days.
You must be flexible with the hours.
30 Hours a week minimum. Monday thru Friday, from 11am to 5:00 PM. The pay rate is $16/hr. – $512 / week to start out with.
This is a great part time job opportunity for someone looking to make some extra money in the afternoon hours.
