The role: Support age-appropriate development for infants–pre-K (6 weeks–5 years), assist the director and teaching team with daily classroom activities, and build warm, consistent relationships with children and families.
Schedule: Per diem / substitute coverage for staff call-outs and scheduled paid time off (PTO). Some shifts may be planned in advance, while others may be same-day coverage. This role is ideal for retirees or others seeking flexible, supplemental income. College students interested in working during school vacations and summer are encouraged to apply.
Pay: $19–$20/hr based on relevant experience.
Must-haves: 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid (or obtain within 30 days), reliability, a nurturing presence.
Nice-to-haves: 1+ year ECE experience; CDA/AA/BA in ECE or related.
