About the Company & Opportunity:
CFS, NY is working with an established Non-Profit conveniently located Harlem near multiple forms of public transportation
The organization aids seniors to live independently, provides families for children, arranges safe and affordable housing, maintains hunger prevention centers and provides services for immigrants and refugees.
They run various programs to aid in the areas mentioned above!
This will be a full-time, hybrid position
Responsibilities:
Payroll preparation for hourly and salary staff via Paycom
Ensure overtime is calculated correctly/review timesheets for accuracy
Review time and attendance
Ensure correct allocations
Assist with accounts payable and GL entries as needed via Sage
Experience Preferred:
All levels encouraged to apply! Payroll experience is a must, AP experience a plus!
Experience in Paycom + Sage a major plus!
Intermediate Excel
Strong attention to detail
