Osceola Community Health Services (OCHS) is a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center. OCHS operates six Community Health Centers throughout Osceola County that are accredited by The Joint Commission for Ambulatory Care and Primary Care Medical Home.

We are currently seeking to fill an entry-level clerical position in Dental. Responsible for the following functions:
Coordinating patient check-ins.
Verifying patient’s eligibility for services and updating patient demographics.
Check-out patients following OCHS policies and procedures.
Collect money from patients for services rendered. Reconcile funds collected daily.
Bill for services rendered pursuant to OCHS billing practices.
Responsible for patient records management in accordance with OCHS policy and HIPAA.
Schedules patients for appointments.
Uses insurance portals.
Assistants with patient and clinic flow and communicate issues with clinic flow to supervisory personal.
Uses office equipment such as telephone, computer, scanner, fax machine, and copy machine.
If bi-lingual may be required to provide interpreter services to clients as needed.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
