Role: Patient Safety Manager responsible for overseeing quality and safety performance across healthcare locations.

Develop and monitor data collection, analysis, and reporting to internal teams and external agencies.

Promote a safety culture through education, accountability, and safety reporting.
Facilitate multidisciplinary collaboration, support infection prevention efforts, and ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
Provide staff education, conduct performance reviews, and foster professional development.
Oversee administrative functions including budgeting, policy development, and system initiatives.
Collaborate with healthcare teams and leadership to enhance patient outcomes and quality standards.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s with supervisory experience; preferred West Virginia licensure.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Ability to respond effectively to emergencies, analyze data, and apply high reliability principles.
Proficiency in MS Office and research methods; flexibility, diplomacy, and creativity are essential.
