United Baptist is seeking a Pastor for Sunday Worship and Wednesday Bible Study. We are located just outside Danville, VA. We are a faithful, loving church and seek a pastor to lead us. Musical ability (singing, song leading) would be a plus. We prefer someone who has attended seminary and is an ordained minister. We look forward to hearing from you.

Experience
Pastoral or Ministry Experience:
Prior experience in leadership roles within a church, such as associate pastor, youth pastor, or ministry director.
Demonstrated ability to preach, teach, and lead effectively.
Community Engagement:
Experience building relationships within the community and congregation.

Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to preach and teach clearly and effectively.
Active listening skills for counseling and relationship-building.
Leadership and Vision:
Capacity to inspire and lead a congregation.
Strategic planning skills for church growth and ministry development.
