The Pastor/Director of HSM is responsible for:
Leading central HSM to ensure healthy ministry development across all sites,
Leading the HSM team (staff, interns, and volunteers),
Gathering high school students into community and connection as part of the local church, and
Partnering with the Pastor of Middle School Ministry for a cohesive Student Ministry.
