Encounter Covenant Church seeks a passionate Youth Pastor to guide students in Grades 6–12. Work in a supportive, community-oriented environment dedicated to witnessing youth grow in Christ. You will lead Sunday youth services, midweek gatherings, and key events, all while investing in meaningful relationships with students.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor youth on their faith journey
• Oversee Sunday youth class and integration into service
• Organize weekly midweek youth gatherings
• Build strong relationships with students
• Recruit and guide a team of volunteers
Requirements:
• Passion for youth and relational ministry
• Team player with leadership capabilities
• Willingness to learn and grow through mentorship
• Availability on Sundays and flexible weekdays
• Previous youth ministry experience preferred
