Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Part-time Parent Coordinator to join our community-focused team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between families and Club Leaders, fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment where parents feel supported, informed, and engaged. Responsibilities
A successful Parent Coordinator:
· Supports and aids parents, as needed
· Communicates relevant programs and activities to parents
· Develops and distributes monthly newsletters & calendar to keep parents informed of activities, programs, community resources, etc.
· Is responsible for daily attendance utilizing My Club Hub, our membership tracking software.
· Assists in referring parents to community resources
· Serves as Club receptionist
Knowledge, Education, Experience & Skills
· Associate degree in hospitality preferred.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office.
· Ability to communicate effectively with parents and community.
· Ability to read, write and speak English and Spanish.
· Professional attitude and approach to the work.
· High School Diploma or GED required.
· Associates or Bachelor’s degree in human resources preferred.
· Minimum of two years of work experience.
Environment & Working Conditions
Physical requirements include physical exertion such as lifting, stretching, and bending as well as sitting for prolonged periods of time. The work environment is onsite, inside the club and includes interaction with children ages 6-18 which can be noisy at times. Required to have reliable transportation.

Pay: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 36.0 per week
