Job Title: Part-Time Outreach and Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary:

The Part-Time Outreach and Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in increasing awareness, engagement, and support for [Non-Profit Organization Name] through strategic outreach and marketing efforts. This individual will help promote the organization’s mission, programs, and events, while also building relationships with community members, partners, and donors.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outreach and Community Engagement:

– Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage community members, volunteers, and supporters.

– Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and other community organizations.

– Represent the organization at local events, fairs, and networking opportunities.

– Coordinate volunteer recruitment efforts and manage communications with volunteers.

2. Marketing and Promotion:

– Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials (flyers, brochures, newsletters, etc.) both digitally and in print.

– Manage the organization’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) by creating and scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers.

– Help develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote events, fundraising efforts, and programs.

3. Event Planning and Support:

– Assist in organizing and promoting fundraising events, webinars, and community outreach programs.

– Coordinate logistics for events, including securing venues, managing registrations, and ensuring smooth operation on event day.

– Track and report on event success, providing recommendations for future improvements.

4. Donor and Sponsor Communication:

– Assist with donor outreach and communications, helping to cultivate relationships and keep them informed of organizational updates and events.

– Support the development of sponsorship packages and partnership opportunities.

Qualifications:

– Experience in outreach, marketing, social media management, or non-profit work preferred.

– Strong written and verbal communication skills.

– Proficiency in social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Passion for the mission of the organization and community involvement.

Hours and Compensation:

– Part-time, 20 hours per week.

– Competitive hourly rate.

– Flexible schedule with some evening and weekend work as needed for events.
