This position pays: $26-$30/hr

What You Will Be Doing

Assisting with event coordination and logistics

Creating programs, handouts, and forms

Managing spreadsheets, data entry, and reports

Communicating with vendors, facilitators, and customers

Preparing presentations and supporting materials

Drafting correspondence and other documents

Collaborating on community initiatives

Maintaining organized filing systems (electronic and physical)

What You Bring

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Positive, customer service-oriented attitude

Experience in event coordination or administrative support preferred
