The San Francisco Public Health Foundation (SFPHF) is the fiscal intermediary for the Parent Training Institute (PTI) at the San Francisco Department of Public Health (DPH). SFPHF will be the employer for this position, but the work will be supervised by a manager at the DPH location.

<Job Overview>
The Site Coordinator will work both in the office and in the community, serving as a key liaison between PTI and local Family Resource Centers (FRCs), which provide Triple P parenting classes. This position ensures smooth implementation of PTI-supported programs and supports the delivery of high-quality parent education services.
<Responsibilities>
- Regular check-in with on-going parenting groups.
- Attend bi-monthly facilitator support call and take attendance and notes.
- Accurately organize and input data from pre and post parenting class assessments into a database.
- Other special projects assigned by Program Coordinator.
- Pick up and deliver materials to/from agencies in San Francisco.
- And perform other duties as assigned.
<Requirements>
Education, Certification, and Experience
Required:
- Possess a high school diploma/ GED
- One year of recent experience working with diverse community populations
Additional Requirements if selected:
- Background Check
- TB Clearance Test
- Three professional references; at least one must be a previous supervisor.
Knowledge
Required:
- Knowledgeable and experienced in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook
Skills and Abilities
Required:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform with consistent accuracy.
- Ability to engage with and maintain positive relationships with community agencies and parenting class participants
- Ability to work independently
- Demonstrates strong ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.
Note: This is a 32 hrs/week position
Pay: $34.00 – $36.05 per hour
