Title: Owner’s Representative/Project Manager
Company: Pandion Development Management, LLC
Location: Greater Philadelphia
Company Description
Pandion Development Management, LLC is an owner's representative and project management firm that helps clients deliver real estate development projects from feasibility through completion. We work as an extension of each client's team, serving a wide range of owners across nonprofit and commercial sectors, including senior living communities, independent schools, religious institutions, and private development projects. Our work is grounded in honesty, integrity, thoughtfulness and creative problem solving. We measure success by long term relationships, not just completed projects.
Role Description
We're looking for a full time Project Manager to work along side leadership on real estate development projects from concept through closeout. You'll work with a talented team to engage with the client, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risk, and coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal resources to keep projects moving. Day to day, that means running productive meetings, producing clear reports and documentation, tracking milestones, managing permitting and inspections, and anticipating issues early so you can bring solutions before problems grow in a collaborative, enabling and respectful way.
This is a hybrid role based in PA.
