Life’s Journey Inc. is looking for a dedicated Outreach Support Mentor to join their Eastman Services team. This full-time permanent position involves guiding participants, ensuring program requirements are met, and collaborating with a supportive outreach team.
Your role includes limited program administration alongside active participation in planning and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct support to program participants
• Collaborate with team members for effective program delivery
• Monitor and communicate participant progress and needs
• Follow all workplace policies and safety procedures
• Assist with limited program administration and documentation
Requirements:
• Previous outreach experience required
• Minimum two years in a related role
• Satisfactory background checks required
• Certification in First Aid Level 1
• Reliable personal vehicle with appropriate insurance
