We are seeking a dynamic Outreach, Sales & Logistics Representative to develop and promote educational programs while managing logistics and operations for an international nonprofit organization. This role focuses on expanding outreach initiatives, establishing partnerships, and generating revenue through impactful learning experiences. The ideal candidate will align with the organization’s mission of fostering global citizenship, sustainability, and experiential education.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach & Partnerships
Promote the organization’s mission and educational model to diverse audiences in Costa Rica.
Develop and implement educational programs aligned with strategic objectives.
Establish and maintain partnerships with local and international organizations, schools, universities, and NGOs.
Support marketing strategies to increase program participation and financial sustainability.
Represent the organization at key events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Logistics & Operations
Oversee the logistics of outreach programs, including transportation, accommodations, meals, and scheduling.
Coordinate interdepartmental collaboration to ensure smooth program execution.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and child protection policies for external visitors and program participants.
Manage contracts, invoices, and payments with service providers.
Sales & Financial Sustainability
Develop a sales and business plan to ensure the financial sustainability of outreach programs.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for financial, operational, marketing, and educational goals.
Promote outreach programs to the corporate sector and potential sponsors.
Maintain up-to-date records using a CRM system.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Marketing & Sales), Industrial Engineering, Educational Administration, Experiential Education, Hospitality & Tourism, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience managing educational or experiential learning programs.
Proven experience in sales, operations, and logistics within an international or multicultural environment.
Strong background in event planning, budgeting, and business development.
Experience in facilitating workshops and working with youth or volunteer programs.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Fluency in English and Spanish (advanced level).
Ability to travel as required.
Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
