About Project Rise with Dr. Helen Inc.
Project Rise with Dr. Helen Inc. is a New York-based nonprofit dedicated to empowering women (ages 25-55) with college degrees to break into leadership roles through project management training and Mentorship.
We’re seeking motivated and resourceful interns to support our organization with outreach tracking, grant research, social media content creation, and coordination tasks.
This internship is ideal for those passionate about nonprofit work, social impact, and developing research, communications, and digital marketing skills.
Interns have the flexibility to work remotely or spend time at our Harrison, NY office.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct grant research, identify funding opportunities, and assist with applications.
Track outreach efforts and maintain organized communication records.
Create engaging social media content (Instagram, LinkedIn, video content).
Assist with coordinating virtual meetings, events, and follow-ups.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and basic video editing tools
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
Interest in nonprofit development, fundraising, and digital marketing
