RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a visible leader on campus, executing the church’s and Outreach ministry’s vision.
Assist in campus leadership, promoting outreach events and service opportunities.
Develop and support Outreach leaders, structures, and events, including church-wide initiatives.
Create and maintain partnerships with organizations served by your campus.
Integrate outreach opportunities into all aspects of church activities.
Support the benevolence needs of the campus effectively and appropriately.
Implement infrastructure for operating systems, cultural expectations, volunteer leadership, and financial sustainability within your area.
MUST-HAVES
Active participation in a church, demonstrating inviting, volunteering, and generous lifestyle, with a focus on community.
Passion for Outreach Ministry.
Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and effective time management.
NICE-TO-HAVES
Experience in a non-profit or ministry setting.
Ministry training or education.
DAY-TO-DAY
Work environment from Sunday to Thursday, with office hours Monday-Thursday (8:30AM – 5PM). Sundays involve supporting worship experiences or serving at campuses.
Fast-paced work requiring adaptability and quick strategic pivots.
