About the Position
Aolat Treatment Place Inc. is seeking an energetic and motivated Community Outreach & Client Engagement Coordinator to help connect individuals in the community with our behavioral health services.
Our programs include:
- PRP – Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program
- OMHC – Outpatient Mental Health Services
- IOP/OP – Intensive Outpatient Program/Substance Use Treatment
The primary goal of this position is to build community relationships, generate appropriate referrals, help connect prospective clients with our services, and support client engagement and retention.
Responsibilities
- Conduct community outreach to promote Aolat Treatment Place Inc. and its programs.
- Develop relationships with hospitals, healthcare providers, nonprofits, schools, community organizations, and other potential referral partners.
- Identify opportunities to generate appropriate client referrals.
- Follow up with referral sources and prospective clients to help facilitate the intake process.
- Work with the clinical and administrative teams to help clients successfully connect with appropriate services.
- Support client engagement and identify non-clinical barriers that may affect continued participation in services.
- Maintain regular communication with community partners and referral sources.
- Track outreach activities, referrals, admissions, and client engagement.
- Develop new ideas and strategies to increase community awareness of Aolat Treatment Place Inc.
- Provide management with regular updates on outreach activities and results.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable healthcare requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable networking and developing professional relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Organized and able to follow up consistently.
- Experience in behavioral health, healthcare, community outreach, marketing, case management, or business development is preferred.
- Knowledge of community resources and behavioral health services is a plus.
Compensation & Performance
This position includes base compensation with opportunities for performance-based bonuses based on established performance goals, such as outreach effectiveness, development of referral relationships, and other approved performance measures.
