Outreach Coordinator Jobs in Tempe, Arizona, USA at Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix
Responsibilities
1. Baby Bottle Drives
Facilitate current drives in tandem with Outreach Manager
Contact active parishes/groups to set up drive annually
Attend drives to ensure success-outreach and fundraising
Requires weekend work – attending all the masses at a parish
Public speaking at masses about Aid to Women Center
Secure new drives in churches, schools, etc.,
Cultivate relationships with churches, schools, etc., across the Valley to gain financial support through baby bottle drives
2. Gala
Work in tandem with Outreach Manager to secure table sales and sponsorship
Assist with set-up and execution of the Gala with Outreach Manager to ensure success
3. Act as an Ambassador of Aid to Women Center
Host tours of Aid to Women Center for donors, church decision makers and influencers
Represent Aid to Women Center at churches andcommunity eventsand fairs.
4. Donor Database
Track and note communications, donations, etc.,
Utilize fundraising pages, direct mail, and email blasts to communicate with donors, churches, etc.
5. Assist with Outreach Efforts
Meet with Outreach team
Help managecommunication
Coordinate materials
Build and cultivate strong relationships with churches, schools, and donors
Qualifications:
1. Full agreement with the Center’s Mission Statement and scope of care
2. Has excellentcommunication skillsboth written and oral
3. Strong organizational skills
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Sales and promotional experience desirable
6. Some lifting and carrying items is required
7. Bilingual – English and Spanish – is a plus
