Role Description The Operations & Programs Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Kumasi, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and program implementation. This role coordinates project planning and execution, manages workflows, and ensures that program activities align with Bible Bridge Ghana’s mission and strategic priorities. The Team Lead supervises and mentors team members, assigns tasks, and monitors performance to maintain high-quality service delivery to communities. The position also involves collaborating with partners, tracking program impact through data and reports, resolving operational challenges, and maintaining high levels of stakeholder and beneficiary satisfaction. The Team Lead works closely with leadership to optimize processes, support resource allocation, and uphold ethical and faith-informed practices.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management skills, including planning, organizing, and optimizing day-to-day activities.
- Proven people management abilities, such as team leadership, coaching, and performance supervision.
- Demonstrated analytical skills to interpret data, monitor program impact, and support decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging team members, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Commitment to customer and beneficiary satisfaction, with a focus on respectful and responsive service.
- Relevant experience in nonprofit, community development, or faith-based organizations is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in management, social sciences, development studies, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Kumasi, travel to project locations as needed, and adapt to field conditions.
