Tosupport Abaanasworkbyprovidingeffectivemanagementandpromotingfullgovernance,compliance,and accountability through performance. General Purposeofthe Role :
Provideleadershipwithinthe Abaanaofficeandteamtoensureefficient,effectiveandsmoothdailyoperations. Contributetothedevelopment,
communication
,andexecutionoftheorganisationsvision,mission,and strategic direction. Assistinformulatingandimplementingthestrategicplanthatguidestheorganisationslong-termgoals. Overseeandsupportofficestafftomaintainhighlevelsofproductivityandeffectiveness. Assistinthedevelopment,tracking,andmonitoringofkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs). Supportthemanagementofthe
UKfundraisingstrategyandmaintainthefundraisingcalendar. Represent and promote Abaana through key presentations and public engagements. Participationinthe Spiritual Lifeof Abaana  Participateinweeklystaffprayersandtakeanactiveroleinleadingstaffdevotionals. Demonstratecommitmentto Abaanasmission,values,andbeliefstatement. Actively uphold and live in accordance with Abaanas evangelical Christian beliefs in both personal and professional conduct.
