We are seeking a strategic, organized, and mission-driven Operations Manager to join our team part-time. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in nonprofit or small business operations, who can balance day-to-day management with long-term planning. The Operations Manager will play a key role in advancing our organizational efficiency, online presence, community engagement, and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and streamline daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination of internal systems and external communications.

Manage and update our Squarespace website with news, events, resources, and program information.

Lead email marketing campaigns using Constant Contact, including donor communications, program updates, and fundraising appeals.

Manage program logistics, results and reports.

Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, corporate sponsors, and advocacy groups to strengthen engagement and expand impact.

Represent Disability Partnerships in virtual and local partner meetings, helping to identify opportunities for collaboration and shared initiatives.

Support grant administration, impact tracking, and program logistics.

Assist with social media scheduling and strategy, working closely with the Executive Director to amplify our visibility.

Prepare financial statements, budgets, 1099 forms and tax filings.

Help develop and implement organizational workflows and documentation processes.

Coordinate virtual and in-person events, community outreach, and partnership communications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit operations, program management, or strategic communications.

• Demonstrated success in building and managing external partnerships.

• Proficiency in Squarespace and Constant Contact (required).

• Financial and accounting background 

• Strong writing, editing, and digital communication skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to work independently and problem-solve proactively.

• Experience managing projects and improving organizational systems.

• Passion for disability justice, inclusion, and community-centered work.

• Experience working with diverse communities and commitment to accessibility.

• Experience using Zoom for virtual meetings, webinars, and event facilitation.

• Familiarity with AI tools for communications, project management, or workflow automation.
