The Role
Based out of our High Wycombe head office, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage field teams, and ensure the delivery of top-tier services across all contracts. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving performance, maintaining compliance, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of supervisors and operatives across multiple sites
Oversee workforce planning, scheduling, and logistics
Monitor and improve KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards
Ensure full compliance with H&S, environmental, and industry regulations
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Drive operational improvements and contribute to strategic growth
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in an operational management role (cleaning/FM sector preferred)
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
Familiarity with industry compliance, safety standards, and quality control
A proactive, can-do attitude and commercial mindset
Ability to travel to sites as needed
