Operations Executive Jobs in Singapore, Singapore at Teen Challenge (Singapore)
A. Involved in teaching and training of new helpers, staff, and volunteers and to ensure that a proper standard of ethics, integrity and spirituality is maintained and practiced by the respective staff and volunteers under his supervision.
B. Work closely with the Head of Operations to monitor expenditures and develop and/or improve funding mechanisms that ensure all programs and services are within budget and as cost effective as possible.
C. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other Government Agencies, community organisations, volunteers’ groups, and individuals.
D. Scheduling of programs for the centre, residents’ programs, etc.
E. Rostering of duties for the Front Office Staff.
F. Supervise and conduct all incidences committed by the residents and implement relevant disciplinary actions with consultation from the Head of Operations or Center Director for more severe cases.
G. Assist the Head of Operations to see to the proper maintenance and upkeep of the facilities, utilities, and amenities in the centre (e.g., Work Safety, Prison Audit, Pest Control, Electrical, etc.).H. Any Other
