Sarnam Foundation is a mission-driven nonprofit leveraging technology to tackle pressing social challenges such as mental health, homelessness, and support for vulnerable populations. Our key initiatives—Solace.Life, CivitasCare, LANA.AI, and Conscious Collaboration Events—use AI, data-driven tools, and strategic partnerships to create ethical and impactful solutions.
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Operations Director to lead our growing organization. While Sri, a Board Member, will act as the Executive Director for now, the Operations Director will manage most of the ED’s functions. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale a high-impact nonprofit from the ground up!
What You’ll Do
Organizational Leadership & Operations: Establish operational, financial, and legal structures for long-term sustainability.
Fundraising & Grant Development: Identify and secure funding from foundations, government agencies, and corporate donors.
Program & Partnership Development: Oversee execution of our core initiatives and cultivate strategic partnerships.
Board & Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with the Board, Founder, volunteers, and key stakeholders.
Who You Are
✅ 5+ years in nonprofit leadership, social impact, or startup operations.
✅ Proven track record in fundraising, grant writing, and donor engagement.
✅ Strong financial acumen and experience in nonprofit governance & compliance.
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale programs.
✅ Passionate about leveraging technology for social good.
