Full Job Description

We are a growing training company in San Antonio, TX, seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Operations Manager. If you’re organized, proactive, and ready to be part of a mission-driven team, we want to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

Paperwork Management: Print training materials, collect and file paperwork (physical and electronic).

Reporting: Gather and input data, maintain real-time reports.

Customer Service: Interact professionally with students and clients, answer questions, and escalate when needed.

Scheduling: Manage calendars, coordinate with staff, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Software & Tools: Use CRM, Office 365, and NCCCO Event systems (Online Testing Proctor and Test Admin Coordinator).

Additional Duties: Meeting coordination, task tracking, liaising with NCCCO, quality control, organizing tasks, and ensuring team harmony.

Travel: Willing to travel a few times per month to support training events or operations.
