Position Overview: The Operations Assistant is the first line of response for employee needs and questions related to our office space. This position plays a key role in making our in-person office feel welcoming and creating a collaborative and productive work environment. Duties include a mix of clerical, customer service, and interpersonal tasks. The Operations Assistant will also assist as needed with both the accounting and human resources areas.

Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 annually
Schedule: This is an in-person position that is required to commute to our Washington, DC office 5 times per week. Our office is conveniently located by both the Farragut North and Farragut West metro stations. Our standard office hours are 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Qualifications
At least 1 year of previous experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role. Customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Working knowledge of office equipment.
Thorough understanding of office management procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Knowledge of OSHA requirements (preferred).
CPR certification (preferred).
