St George’s Church, Leeds – excited by this next Church Plant to the Parish of Swarcliffe and Whinmoor, Leeds

Full time: 37.5 hours. Salary: £34-36,000 based on experience. 5 weeks of annual leave plus bank holidays.
The role is a key senior leadership position. You will work alongside the vicar, wardens, and Children’s and Youth Worker to establish the Parish of Swarcliffe and Whinmoor, with two churches re‑established in the area. We are looking for someone who can bring creativity, energy and vision, alongside strong organisational and administrative skills. This role offers the opportunity to shape and develop the Parish at the very outset of our journey.
- Lead and coordinate operations and ministry activities during the planting phase
- Collaborate with the vicar, wardens, and Children’s and Youth Worker to establish parish structures
- Develop and implement creative, energetic and vision‑driven initiatives
- Utilise strong organisational and administrative skills to support parish growth
