This is a great opportunity for recent graduates or professionals with 1–3 years of experience who enjoy problem-solving, working with data, and making an impact behind the scenes.
In this role, you'll help manage donor-advised fund operations by processing transactions, maintaining account records, preparing reports, and collaborating with teams across the business to ensure a seamless client experience. You'll gain valuable exposure to wealth management, nonprofit operations, regulatory processes, and cross-functional business teams.
What You'll Do
- Process and track charitable grant payments and transactions with accuracy
- Maintain and update client and account records
- Create and analyze reports using Excel
- Partner with internal teams to resolve operational requests and support clients
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
- Help ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree
- 1–3 years of professional experience (internships welcome if paired with relevant experience)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
