our commitment to justice, compassion, and community. We are currently seeking a warm, organized,

and creative part-time Office Manager to play a key role in supporting our mission.

This is more than just an administrative job—it’s a front-line ministry of hospitality, organization, and

communication. As the first face many people see (and the first voice they hear), you'll be the central

hub that keeps our office humming and our people connected.

What You’ll Do:

Be the communication heartbeat of our church—manage email, newsletters, bulletins, social

media, and more.

Keep our events and space running smoothly—schedule meetings, services, and building use.

Provide vital administrative support to the Pastor, staff, and committees.

Help create beautiful bulletins, flyers, and promotional materials that reflect our vibrant church

life.

Maintain and update our website and social media presence.

Offer compassionate, professional responses to inquiries about weddings, baptisms, funerals,

and other pastoral needs.

Track and support financial processes in collaboration with the Treasurer and Accountant.

Monitor the church campus daily, coordinate repairs, and manage facility usage.

Support annual reporting, council communications, and ongoing church documentation.

Who You Are:

ï‚· A detail-oriented, friendly professional with a heart for inclusive community

ï‚· Experienced in administrative or office settings (3+ years)

ï‚· Skilled in customer service and people-centered communication

ï‚· Confident with scheduling, multitasking, and handling sensitive information

ï‚· Proficient with Microsoft Office, email, and website/social media platforms

ï‚· Comfortable working independently and collaborating with clergy and lay leaders

ï‚· Creative abilities in desktop publishing or design.

Bonus Points If You Have:

A college degree

Prior experience in a church or nonprofit environment
