We are seeking a part-time Office Administrator to work a flexible schedule 25 – 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in business administration, communications or a related field
Two to four years of experience as an administrative or office manager
Bookkeeping skills to include payroll, A/R, A/P, monthly reconciliation, budget preparation
Excellent computer skills with a working knowledge of Word, Excel, Google Docs, CRM (database) experience, and QuickBooks.

Candidates should have strong critical thinking skills and be able to work independently. Strong written/verbal communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Prior experience working in a non-profit or human service organization preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Day shift
No weekends
