What You Will Experience In This Position

Handle and maintain office supplies, equipment, and housekeeping staff to ensure the office environment is clean, orderly, and conducive to a productive work atmosphere.

Supervise the maintenance and repair of office facilities and equipment.

Coordinate and handle vendor management.

Support employee engagement initiatives and develop a positive office culture.

Coordinate training sessions and professional development activities.

Implement and ensure office policies and procedures are rigorously followed.

Provide administrative support in the onboarding process.

Support in hotel contracts/agreements and travel booking for guests.

Handle administration budget and compile monthly reports.

Assist in all miscellaneous activities related to the office.

You Have

An academic background with a graduate degree or equivalent experience in any specialization and 5 – 10 years of working experience.

Demonstrable experience in HR and office administration
