Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various administrative tasks and ensuring efficient operations.
Responsibilities:
Work with Oakland county to ensure compliance with contracts
Meet with public officials for scheduled meetings
Coordinate project activities and ensure all tasks are completed on time
Organize and maintain files, records, documents and contracts
Assist with clerical duties such as transcribing, filing, and data entry
Implement policies, procedures, risk assessments and monitor for successful oversight
Provide administrative support for county contracts
Maintain professionalism in all interactions with excellent phone etiquette
Manage budgetary objectives and develop budget revisions
Express our mission and values to the public
Serve as a representative of People’s Express, Inc.
Qualifications:
Associate’s degree
Proven experience in project coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Critical thinking skills
Proficiency in clerical tasks
Experience working in local government preferred
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to provide outstanding customer service

Pay: $19.00 – $21.00 per hour
