We believe in more than just treating patients and seeking a mission-oriented candidate who understands the nuances of an FQHC and practice of using UDS measures for quality health care improvement.
GMH currently has an opening for a Nurse Practitioner to be part of the primary care team, working closely with other physicians, behavioral health, and support staff in a team-based approach. This position is 2 days per week, at the Naomi elementary school-based clinic in Lafayette, GA and 2 days per week in the Chatsworth, GA Healthy Families clinic. The Nurse Practitioner is supported by clinical staff to assist with workflow. Enjoy a family-friendly, 4-day work week, hours 7:30a-5p. No weekends, no nights and closed on major holidays.

Requirements:
valid/active Georgia Nurse Practitioner license
1-2 year experience preferred
Satisfactory background check and drug test
