Nurse Director of Patient Services Jobs in South Elgin, IL at Corbella Clinic
Corbella Clinic seeks a pro-life Nurse Manager to provide leadership, supervision, administrative support and guidance to the medical services and nurse staff at the clinic, perform medical services such as pregnancy testing, ultrasounds and STI testing and provide patient follow-up care. Training in limited obstetrical ultrasounds will be provided. The position is full-time negotiable.

2. Professional:
Registered Nurse (RN) with current IL licensure.
Trained in Limited OB Ultrasound or open to training if needed. Corbella Clinic can facilitate ultrasound training if needed.
Basic computer skills, organizational aptitude, high attention to procedure and detail.
The ability to speak Spanish is helpful but not required.
3. Educational:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related knowledge and experience.
Experience in a non-profit or community-based organization, such as a pregnancy resource center or counseling, social service, or family service provider is desirable.
4. Personal:
Able to empathize with those in distress and give practical assistance.
Strong counseling and active listening skills.
Client focused and ability to engage confidently in a non-directive, non-judgmental manner with all client demographics and situations.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
5. Relational:
Ability to work as a team member, seek consultation when needed, work independently and accept responsibility.
