Compensation: Negotiable + Bonuses
Part Time-Full Time $25-40/hour

We are excited to launch We Care 365, a community-focused non-profit organization dedicated to helping families, supporting people in need, and making a positive impact in the communities we serve.
We’re looking for an experienced Non-Profit Consultant who knows how to start, structure, launch, manage, and grow a successful non-profit organization from the ground up.
We want someone who can help us turn We Care 365 from a vision into a well-organized, sustainable organization that creates meaningful and lasting impact.
What You’ll Help Us Do
- Form and launch the non-profit and guide the 501(c)(3) process
- Establish bylaws, board structure, policies, and compliance
- Develop community programs and charitable initiatives
- Create fundraising, grant, and donor strategies
- Build corporate and community partnerships
- Help develop budgets, reporting, and impact tracking
- Create a long-term strategy to manage and grow the organization
- Work directly with Home Offer 365 founders and leadership
Who We’re Looking For
Ideally, you’ve personally started or managed a non-profit and have experience with:
- 501(c)(3) formation and compliance
- Non-profit operations and management
- Fundraising and grant opportunities
- Community outreach and partnerships
- Program development
- Board development and governance
We’re looking for a builder—not just an advisor. We want someone who can help us turn our vision into a sustainable organization that makes a real difference.
