Join us as a Nonprofit Success Manager to help nonprofits access technology and funding opportunities!

We’re looking for a proactive, empathetic, and process-driven Nonprofit Success Manager to connect and support nonprofits with the tools they need to run their missions.

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for nonprofit leaders exploring Goodstack. You’ll reach out to inbound leads, guide them through our platform, and help them understand how Goodstack can transform their tech stack and funding workflows. If you thrive on meaningful conversations, love solving problems, and want to make a tangible social impact — this could be the perfect role for you!

As Nonprofit Success Manager at Goodstack, your mission will be to:

  • Reach out to inbound nonprofit leads to understand their needs and offer guidance & support

  • Conduct deep discovery calls to uncover challenges and opportunities.

  • Communicate through multiple channels – including phone, email, and video – with warmth and clarity.

  • Become a product expert and confidently explain technology features and value to nonprofits.

  • Maintain accurate data and activity tracking in Hub Spot and our broader tech stack.

  • Share insights that help refine our process and strengthen the customer experience.

  • Deliver every interaction with empathy, professionalism, and the level of service you’d want to receive.

After 3 months, success will look like:

  • You’ve become fluent in Goodstack’s platform, story, and nonprofit audience.

  • You’re consistently converting inbound leads into active users, with the knowledge to make the most of their tools.

  • You’ve built a healthy pipeline and established yourself as a trusted advisor to prospective customers.

  • You’re providing actionable feedback to the marketing teams based on customer insights.

This role is a perfect match for you if you have:

  • +1 year of professional experience in sales, support, or another customer-facing role.

  • Experience managing a high-volume pipeline and selling or engaging through multiple channels.

  • Strong active listening and storytelling skills with the ability to connect authentically.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with attention to tone and clarity.

  • A self-starter mindset – comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced change, and experimentation.

  • A genuine passion for helping nonprofits succeed and curiosity about technology and social impact.

Bonus if you have knowledge or love of:

  • Experience in the nonprofit or social impact sector.

  • Previous SDR, CSR experience in a SaaS or technology company.

  • Familiarity with Hub Spot or similar CRM tools.
